Welcome to the Elmfield Guesthouse in Yarmouth
Martin and Jackie welcome you to The Elmfield. We are a small, family run guesthouse with 9 rooms, all ensuite with freeview flat screen TVs plus tea and coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi connection is available.
Freshly cooked English breakfast and packed lunches are available. There is also a licensed bar for residents. The Elmfield is a non-smoking establishment. We are open year round and long term bookings are available for contractors or workers at discounted rates during the winter and summer seasons.
The Elmfield is situated in a quiet area, just 2 minutes walk from the seafront and Britannia Pier. Although we do not offer an evening meal service, Great Yarmouth restaurants and bars are all close by. We are 3 minutes walk from the coach station and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Free, off street parking is available next to The Elmfield.
We can offer accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis or Room Only. One, two or three night bookings are available with discounted rates available when booking four or more nights.
