- Children 10 years and under – 50% reduction
- Children 2 years and under free - linen or cot charge only.
- Senior Citizens – 5% reduction when staying 4 nights or more, except 25 July to 4 September.
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted so please call to advise of your card details and to confirm a booking.
- Rates based on two persons sharing. A single person supplement may be payable during peak periods.
- Reservations are from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date, cancellation charges will be limited to the deposit recieved.
- If a confirmed reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, cancellation charges will be the full value of the booking. However cancellation charges will be waived or reduced if the accomodation is subsequently rebooked.
We are open all year round and long-term bookings are available for contractors or workers at discounted rates, winter and summer.
Please note there is a 2% surcharge for credit cards and a 55p charge for debit cards.
The Elmfield - Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Reservations are made on a provisional basis until receipt of booking form and deposit. A confirmation will be issued on receipt, setting out the details of the booking. The confirmation is a legal contract between the Elmfield and guests.
Arrivals & Departures
Guests are requested to arrive between 4 and 10 p.m., or later by prior arrangement. Rooms should be vacated by 10 o’clock on the morning of departure, except by prior arrangement.
Payment
The balance of the booking fee, less deposit, is requested upon arrival.
Amendments to Reservations
All amendments requested by guests will be accommodated so far as reasonably practical. Additional charges may be made to cover loss of or interruption to business, which will be advised at the time of amendment.
Cancellation of Reservations
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled 14 or more days in advance of arrival date, cancellation charges will be limited to the deposit received. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, cancellation charges will be the full value of the booking. Cancellation charges will be reduced or waived if the accommodation is subsequently re-booked.
Damages & Breakages
Guests are deemed to have accepted liability for replacement, or for payment at replacement value, of any damages or breakages outside normal wear and tear. The proprietors reserve the right to require a deposit against breakages, at our discretion.
Lost Keys
Lost keys will be charged at £10 to cover replacement and interruption to business. Keys not returned at the due departure date will be counted as Lost.
